Here's the deets!
 
This year, Bootcamp at the Hill will run every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 6:30-7:30pm, at McLennan Park, beside Monsignor Haller Catholic School. That's 16 classes per month! Because it is a drop-in format, you can choose when and how often you come!
 
TO REGISTER, COME TO CLASS 10-15 MINUTES EARLY TO SIGN UP AND GET YOUR PASS!
 
Starts - Monday May 7th, and runs until the end of September.
 
Cost - $75 for a 10 class pass, use it when you come!
 
What you need at the workouts- comfortable clothing, water and a matt.
 
About the workouts - We always provide beginner and advanced level options, as people of many different fitness levels come out to Bootcamp at the Hill.
Bootcamp at the Hill offers cardiovascular training, fullbody strength training, core exercises, agility drills, and hill training.
You may experience weightloss, stress relief, more confidence and improvement in your own fitness level, as well as new friendships, fun with friends and family, and the benefits of spending time outdoors!
Bootcamp at the Hill uses tools such as bodyweight, agility ladders, 20lb sandbags, soccerposts, hills, trails, skipping ropes, hurdles, and exercise bands.
