Bootcamp 101
 
Both Bootcamps offer a variety of training including hill climbs, core strengthening, upper and lower body exercises, interval training, high and low intensity cardio drills, agility, stretching and even a bit of yoga. This class is unique to itself, and each class will be unique from the rest. Whether you are already in top shape and looking for a challenge, or just looking to lose a few inches and get in shape, there is something for everyone. The outdoor environment is exhilarating and challenging, and each class provides safety and guidance and will push you beyond your abilities.
CLASS TIMES:
EVERY MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY
6:30pm Bootcamp
7:30pm Bootcamp 101
EVERY SATURDAY at 9:00am Combo class
Holiday Mondays only 1 class offered at 6:30pm.
COSTS:
A 10 class pass punchcard is available for $75.00 and you use it on a drop in basis. For drop in with no pass the cost is $10.00 per class.
 
YOGA Classes
Beginner yoga classes are being offered for 6 weeks starting Tuesday May 14, from 6:00-7:00pm. These classes will teach fundamental moves for an inspiring warm up, an invigorating workout and a peacefully relaxing cool down. Focus will be on breath and calming the mind during this wonderful hour:)
 
Personal Training Studio
Call or email to discuss personal training opportunities available in my home studio, or at your home. Together we can create a workout schedule based on your needs and lifestyle requirements, with 1/2 hour, 45 minute, or 1 hour appointments.
