DUE TO EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES ALL CLASSES WILL BE SUSPENDED AS OF SEPTEMBER 16 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THE INDOOR SEASON OF BOOTCAMP IS SCHEDULED TO START WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 2, 2013. PLEASE CHECK IN FOR FURTHER DETAILS.* If you have an outdoor bootcamp 10 class pass, a potential of up to 5 of those unused classes can be used at indoor bootcamp. (THE POTENTIAL IS WEATHER PENDING, IF AN ACTUAL OUTDOOR CLASS COULD HAVE TAKEN PLACE ON A REGULARILY SCHEDULED CLASS DATE A REIMBERSEMENT CLASS WILL BE PERMITTED)SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. Yoga will be offered Tuesdays throughout September, beside the hill.
Yoga at the Hill is a great way to destress, strengthen and stretch, improve posture, blood flow to the muscles and brain, unwind and calm the mind AND enjoy the outdoors! Classes are always weather pending.
BOOTCAMP at the HILL and BOOTY 101
Both Bootcamps offer a variety of training including hill climbs, core strengthening, upper and lower body exercises, interval training, high and low intensity cardio drills, agility, stretching and even a bit of yoga. This class is unique to itself, and each class will be unique from the rest. Whether you are already in top shape and looking for a challenge, or just looking to lose a few inches and get in shape, there is something for everyone. The outdoor environment is exhilarating and challenging, and each class provides safety and guidance and will push you beyond your abilities.
EVERY MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY
6:30pm Bootcamp and Booty 101 combo class, as we are into September, it is our last month outdoors and the sun is setting earlier these days
Holiday Mondays NO CLASS
A 10 class pass punchcard is available for $75.00 and you use it on a drop in basis. For drop in with no pass the cost is $10.00 per class.
