I just wanted to tell you I think you are an amazing instructor. You always make the classes fun but challenging. I enjoy the fact that it is different every class. I used to have a gym membership which I loved going to but decided to give bootcamp a try. I am glad I did because I love it even more. The group of people are great and everyone is supportive. I look forward to Monday and Wednesdays. It is a fantastic workout and it is 2 nights out for me and a break from everyday life. Keep up the great work. I really appreciate what you do for me and I know there is a lot in the group that feel the same.

"One of the attributes of Gloria Vaughan's indoor bootcamp class is that it is never the same class. Going to a class, or watching a video, which repeats the same words/ excercises/music every time you work out is not motivating. Going to Gloria's class, you get an enthusiastic instructor who introduces new, or builds on previous, exercises which work your whole body. At the end of the class, you know you have worked hard, done something good for yourself, and can say in all honesty that you were not bored for a moment."

Gloria is a fantastic motivator and creates a nurturing environment to work out hard. She has an inner Jillian Micheals though, so watch out! I have Gloria for both personal training and I attend some of her tabatas/bootcamp classes. I have yet to be disappointed. Gloria has pushed and supported me the last 3.5 mths to achieve great results post-pardum; I could not have come this far without her!

Being a mother of two little ones I often found it difficult to make time to do something for myself. I didn't put alot of time or effort into making healthy meals consistently and basically was just trying to do as much as I could. I decided enough was enough and I was going to gain control back of my own life. Gloria is very flexible so I am able to bring my son with me to my training sessions and am able to have a half hour to focus on myself. Gloria is a special kind of trainer, she really does care about you and the goals you want to achieve for yourself. She has inspired me to completely change not only mine but my entire family's eating habits. I won't lie there are days when I leave a session shaky but god I'm so happy I showed up and really isn't that what we all want, some results!! I've lost 9lbs in the first month and I'm wearing my prepregnancy jeans again (YES!!!). Thanks to you Gloria for your leadership, guidance and most of all your love for fitness.

“I first met Gloria at the gym about 4 years ago. I was working out on my own and flailing. She started by listening to my goals, and designed a routine that addressed those goals. My schedule doesn’t permit one on one training sessions so instead Gloria and I touch base frequently, and we get together for a one on one when my goals shift or I need some new challenges. Rather than let a nagging knee condition take me off my training, Gloria recommended and supervised exercises that strengthened my knee. Nothing made my ski trip better than having Gloria design a routine that would build my endurance.

account of my problems. Gloria accomplished this with the program she
designed specifically for me and my issues. I found training with

Gloria set me up with a home workout program a few months ago and I've found it to be very beneficial in terms of strength and flexibility. I found I can make it harder or easier for myself so it is still challenging. She also gave me some great nutrition tips which are very helpful.
